When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as bill paying, the WPCA may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form so our records are accurate. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, WPCA may require that you provide us personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and other personal identifying information. When paying utility bills on the site, you will be asked to provide a credit card or bank account number to our third-party provider, InvoiceCloud.

When you submit personal information to WPCA, you understand and agree that the personal payment information you submit will remain confidential with InvoiceCloud and is not available to the WPCA. No other information requested is not already subject to freedom of information disclosures that are in place even with or without the existence of this website.

The WPCA may at some future time use information that you provide as part of our effort to keep you informed about WPCA services.

The WPCA will not sell your personal information to third parties. We do, however, may disclose information under certain conditions, such as a court order or FOI request. However, all or most all of the customer account information that may be on the web by our third-party payment service is already known to the WPCA.
