Total Future Flow

An official accounting of current flow plus flow projected from approved applications, updated periodically as new applications are approved. The current flow will be a 3-month average of actual flow.  After approved applications are completed and occupied, the properties will be removed from the list of projected flows.

When the Total Future Flow reaches 90% of allowable flow capacity, the sewer flow limits, aka moratorium, will be reinstated with the current Section 1.2 of the BWPCA Rules and Regulations.
