Brookfield WPCA in Western Connecticut

Connecticut mandates that each town manage waste water with a municipal leaders to form a Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA).  This term, WPCA, is exclusive to Connecticut.  There is an extensive body of law within the Connecticut State Statutes that apply to a WPCA. See
